Welcome to HealthyYears.org! We're excited to have you.
The Campaign for Aging Research is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) social enterprise founded in 2008. Our mission is to give everyone a new perspective on life in regards to the aging experience and life expectancy.
Our activity consists of six different programs, mostly handled online through the following websites:
- HealthyYears.org: provides information on our activities overall.
- ElderHelpers.org: matches people in need of help (elders or family) with volunteers in their own communities throughout the world.
- FightAgingDiseases.org: in order to foster collaboration, the site provides information to the aging research professional and encourages communication between diverse governmental, nonprofit, and for profit organizations involved in the field of aging research.
- LifestyleMaster.org: handles our Lifestyle Master program. Ebooks, health management tools and courses are made available on this website. All aim to promote an enhanced and enjoyable lifestyle respectful of the environment and ethical principles, offering prevention of ailments, and of course targeted towards optimum longevity.
We pledge to encourage the responsible development of therapies that will alleviate suffering and have an overall beneficial effect on society while implementing strategies to enhance the aging experience through our Elder Helpers and Lifestyle Master programs.
The consideration of the reality of overpopulation and its consequences on our habitat is at the very core of our organization's values and a major concern for all permanent board members.
Compassion at its Finest
Professional care givers usually display the best of human qualities and deserve our praises and respect. We would argue that compassion at its finest - is free.
Our organization is proud to count thousands of volunteers throughout the world. They are all wonderful people giving away some of their free time for the simple satisfaction of providing assistance and companionship to an elder and relief to those who have become overwhelmed with providing the main care for their aging loved ones.
Whether you are in need of assistance or would like to give back to your community by becoming an Elder Helper - don't wait - visit ElderHelpers.org and get involved.
Avoiding Deadly Diseases
Of course we all have to go sometime and how we go is mostly out of our control, but not totally. We have control over what we eat, how hard we strive to fit regular exercise into our busy schedule, and how much stress we decide to impose on ourselves.
These factors deeply impact our risks of cancer and other deadly diseases. Our Lifestyle Master program is just that: a helping guide to help you integrate in your day to day routine beneficial habits that will maximize your Healthy Years capital.
We work with recognized physicians, best-selling authors and specialists that have a substantial proven track record of making a real difference in people’s lives by helping them improve or solve their health problems when most physicians just give up. We believe in prevention and in pleasure through healthy living, we believe that healthy food doesn’t have to be tasteless and that investing a few hours a week in physical activity will do more than pay for itself in the long run and will end up saving you and the health system a lot of resources.
No matter how old you are today or what your current health situation is - you can benefit from our expertise and we urge you to start using our Lifestyle Master today.
Salvation in Planning
Planet Earth is our unique habitat, its area is 510,072,000 square kilometers – and it’s not growing bigger - our numbers on the contrary keep growing at an incredible rate.
Technology is powerful. Because it’s powerful it can be dangerous if in the wrong hands or used without checks and balances or planning. Our history teaches us that progress is unstoppable but the direction that progress takes us is up to us. Our Publications and Studies program is here to modestly contribute to a global understanding of the potentials and risks of anti-aging technologies by all layers of society, and thus also to help plan for the future of biomedical research. Our aim is to monitor the progress of anti-aging technologies with one concern in mind: to see that an overall beneficial effect on society will result from such technological advances.
Living Younger Longer
When things are really bad, life seems like an endless suffering, when things are great; we wish that our chance of experiencing bliss would last forever.
All in all life is more enjoyable when we have full use of our physical and mental capacities.
The desire driving the concept of life extension is not to make people older longer but to make them younger longer. The opportunities for the advancement of the human adventure are calling for more time to live, understand the world, discover ourselves, gain wisdom, and have fun!
The prospect of more healthy years offers a powerful new perspective on life and the future.
Through prevention and repair, using simple natural means before anti-aging technology, we can avoid horrible suffering and the onset of devastating and debilitating diseases such as Alzheimer’s and most types of cancers which generally happen during the later years of life.
For most of us, it takes being directly challenged through time with age related illness to realize that the slow changes in our bodies are leading to total dysfunction.
Aging is natural – the motivation of the people involved with aging research is not to be playing God. Instead, their goodwill drives them to research on how to alleviate suffering while respecting ethical and religious considerations so that mature life is a time of health and open possibilities and not a period of miserable suffering which only ends when “the patient” dies.
The appeal - You are the pillars of our strength
